Chuck:
Thought you guys would like to get a thank you in writing. The work your guys completed seems to be a success. The architect and I inspected the crawl space and it is bone dry, and being that it is in our wet and cool season, I think that speaks to the quality of the drainage system. My happiness can't be expressed in writing, especially since the first 2 drainage project attempts by other contractors was a total failure and not even close to solving our problem.
Your crew was very professional and did an extremely nice job cleaning up and restoring the property to like new condition! I could not believe how much dirt they dug in the surface drainage system underneath the home... such tight, confined areas and yet very efficient work. I also thought you should know that it is refreshing and impressive to see the push-back that your firm did concerning the geotechnical engineering firm's design for the system. It is obvious that your experience, conscientiousness to detail, and knowledge helped provide a system that would meet with success. Thanks!!!
Please pass on my thanks to Carl Dill, the crew supervisor, and the crew.
If you ever need a reference, please feel free to use my name.
PS -- I have a neighbor that has a drainage need (I think at his home) and I am sending him your way. He owns a preschool in Rockwall and I understand he is about to be building another location nearby so you may have more than one business opportunity.

Dear Chuck,
I thought CGreen did an excellent job installing my residential sprinkler system last week.
Bernardo and his crew worked diligently throughout the project. He tweaked the ordinal plan to ensure coverage based on actual field conditions. At the end of each day, tools left overnight were neatly organized, and trash such as soda bottles was disposed of. The many pieces of limestone unearthed during the installation were hauled away at the end of the job, along with one old fence post that required removal. Without a doubt, your people showed more respect for our property than any of the electrical, excavating, roofing, landscaping and masonry crews that worked on and around our house this Spring.
Bernardo responded promptly to my questions, and if my concern required consultation with others, he took the initiative to contact the appropriate people. Bernardo also installed the control box where it was most convenient for me, even though this required some imaginative conduit routing.
Carl called in advance to me know when the work would commence. He provided his cellular number and told me to call at any time during the job with questions or concerns.
David walked the property with me following the installation. He pointed out the location of the freeze and rain sensors, adjusted the orientation of a few heads and hooked up the battery backup for the control box.
I appreciated your follow-up call after the job was complete. I believe follow-up and establishing closure on a project is extremely important. However, nearly everyone in the construction-related industries seems to neglect this responsibility.
I think one final time warrants comments: It was extremely helpful to have a crew that speaks English. When I wanted to communicate with someone, I did not have to fetch my wife, or wait for her return, to translate.
Please, feel free to use me as a reference for anyone considering CGreen for residential irrigation.
