I could tell you many things, but the short answer is that you can't find any better company to work with. I've used To The Rescue services for both home and office problems - some quite complex. What I got was an explanation I could understand (not being a geek-type myself), exactly what it would take to fix it, and in some cases the best prices on equipment - saving me money. Once I handed them a problem so complex, they couldn't figure it out for about two hours. To my surprise and delight, they refused to charge me for the two hours. I've used several other companies providing similar services in the past - so I know the difference. You can count me a To The Rescue customer for life!
