Our goal is to provide excellent carpet and floor care services to both residential and commercial customers, in the DFW metroplex.

To Whom It May Concern: I wanted to write to tell you my personal experience with your company and more importantly your representative John McKinnery. I found your service while doing a search on the internet. I was looking for the best price and service combined. Not knowing a thing about your company what attracted me to your site was the fact that I needed my tile and grout re-done. They were horrific looking and I couldn’t take the sight anymore. When I called to make an appointment the phone representative on the line was very friendly and specific and provided honest and open pricing. She didn’t guestamate or sell me something that I didn’t want. She listened to my request and set the appointment up for last Saturday at my request. Prior to John’s arrival I got a call from another representative letting me know we are still on schedule and estimate time John would come out. Then prior to John’s arrival, he called me to tell me he was on his way. THANK YOU for understanding that my time is valuable, especially on a weekend. Last Saturday I met your technician, John McKinnery. When I opened the door what I found was a professional appearance, knowledgeable and respectable person at my door. We exchanged information and request and John went right to work setting things up and “counting tiles” to give me a price. Ill admit the price was shocking, but then again it had to be done. John walked me through the steps on how he was going to clean the floor, and the difference between sealing and not sealing will do to my dollars spent. He gave me real experiences and scenarios and it was a no brainer to capitalize my dollars spent with the service. John also gave me tips and tricks to ensure we keep the floor in tip top shape and what to use to clean the tiles. I walked out deliver something to my wife, who was with the kids, when I suddenly read on John’s truck, carpet cleaning. I immediately inquired about that service and talked to John about the competitor that was coming the following week. John was very professional in giving me the “up and down side” of the competitor in a professional manner. I asked him how much and can he do it today, since he was already home. He said, sure can! John went right to work on the carpet and not only was he efficient, he chose a good scent that wasn’t over powering and showed me what he was going to do. What I liked about John was that he didn’t mind the myriad of questions I had, or the concern of price. John kept me interested and engaged by answering my questions, talking to me and exchanging kid stories. What was fun is that John incorporated me in making the house beautiful by asking me to help him move things. I didn’t mind that at all since it was fun to learn as he did his job. Would I use you again…IN a New York Minute. Would I want John back, even sooner. You have a valuable technician. His ability to build quick rapport with a customer, engaging them in the solution and taking his professional time to clean the house like if it were his own is valuable. John’s appearance was impeccable. Others that come to do work in your house can’t stand up to John. I was impressed. John was clean, well groomed and just all around someone that you would invite to your home to do help you fix the house. His byte size morsels of important information on how to maintain the carpet and especially the tiles clean was valuable. Again, John talked about my tile and carpet like if it were his own home. He took ownership of his job and he left the house that to this day I am in love with my floors. The house smells fresh and new and well I can’t thank John enough for what he did. Please ensure this letter finds its way to John and everyone that touched my account. If there is a reward and recognition program, please put them on top of the list. Employees like the ones I had the opportunity to interact with are hard to find! Kudos for The Cleaner Image to have such valuable employees on their staff from the person that sets the appointment to the person that re-confirms over the phone to John that encapsulates and represents your company face to face.
